In this session, we will explore the emotional landscape of each chakra, bringing awareness to the patterns and feelings that may be held within the body. Each energy center carries specific emotional imprints — from fear and insecurity to guilt, sadness, lack of confidence, anxiety, and difficulty expressing oneself.

Through guided reflection and meditation, you will begin to understand the root of these emotions, gently creating space for awareness, release, and healing.

This is not about fixing or forcing change, but about becoming present to what is already within you — allowing clarity and balance to unfold naturally.
