If you’ve been carrying stress, emotions, or a sense of heaviness, this circle offers a space to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Rather than pushing anything away, we create space to simply be with what is present — allowing awareness and support to gently guide the process of letting go.
Through sharing, stillness, and sound, we begin to release what no longer needs to be held so tightly.
This is a space where you are not required to fix anything or have answers. You are simply invited to arrive as you are.
