Join Sandrine for a focused and empowering workshop designed to help you build the strength, stability, and confidence needed for inversions — poses where the body is upside down, such as headstands and forearm stands.
This session will guide you through the foundations required to safely explore these poses. You’ll learn how to prepare the body through shoulder and chest-opening drills, upper body strengthening, and alignment techniques that support safe and steady inversion practice.
Using props like walls and blocks, you’ll explore both preparatory and supported variations — helping you gradually build confidence, overcome fear, and understand how to move into these poses with control and awareness.
Whether you’re completely new to going upside down or looking to refine your technique, this workshop offers a supportive space to learn and grow at your own pace.
