Grounded in Sound is a 2.5-hour Nada Yoga immersion guided by Yuliia and Neli — a full body–sound experience where movement, breath, vibration, and awareness work as one. We begin with gentle grounding practices to settle the body and steady the mind. From there, you’ll move into a slow, deeply mindful yoga sequence with long, supported holds practiced with eyes closed. During key postures, singing bowls are applied selectively on the body to encourage release, anchor attention, and calm the nervous system — allowing the mind to quiet naturally, without force. The journey closes with subtle Nada breathwork (Bhramari), spacious sound meditation, and time for integration.
