After settling in, we gather for an opening circle and a gentle yoga practice to ground ourselves in the energy of the mountains. The evening closes with shared dinner and quiet reflection.
Day 2 — Mountain Exploration
Our morning begins with yoga and meditation overlooking the expansive mountain landscapes.
During the day we explore one of Oman’s most breathtaking natural wonders — the Balcony Walk along Jebel Shams Canyon, often called the “Grand Canyon of Arabia.” The hike offers spectacular views and a powerful connection with the raw beauty of the mountains.
In the evening we gather for sunset reflection, meditation, and a quiet stargazing experience beneath Oman’s clear night skies.
Day 3 — Culture & Nature
This day invites us to experience the cultural and natural heritage of Oman.
We visit a stunning mountain village known for its terraced farms, date palms, and flowing falaj water systems..
Later, we explore a living heritage museum where traditional Omani life and crafts are preserved.
The evening includes meditation, reflection, and shared connection with the group.
Day 4 — Integration & Return
Our final morning begins with a gentle yoga and meditation session, allowing us to integrate the experience of the past days.
Before returning to Muscat, we stop at the vibrant Nizwa Souq, where traditional crafts, spices, and local culture offer a final glimpse into the heart of Oman.
We return carrying the calm, clarity, and inspiration of the mountains.
